Sale of Liquor

Apex Gift Boxes holds a full liquor Off Licence to comply with the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 permitted by the Christchurch City Council. Our licence number is 060/OFF/31/2008. Issued on 28/05/2008

Customers must be 18 years or over to make purchases of gifts with alcohol in them on this website. It is illegal to purchase alcohol under the age of 18 in New Zealand and it is also illegal to make false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.

No alcohol will be sold on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on ANZAC Day.

A full liquor licence means that we are able to include wines, spirits, RTDs, cocktail mixes, and beers in our gift boxes, baskets and hampers.
