Our Guarantee

At Apex Gift Boxes Ltd, we stand by all of our products, service and customers. We are proud of our New Zealand-made gift boxes, baskets and products and take great care in packing each individual gift for you in as fresh a condition as we are able. We work hard to make sure your gift reaches its destination within a timely manner. If your gift box arrives in a damaged condition, please return it to us in it's original packaging and we will gladly refund your money or replace it at your discretion. Should this occur, please contact us within 30 days. We promise to do everything we reasonably can to help solve any problems and ensure your delivery runs smoothly.

If for any reason, a product is not available, we will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

All of our sales are made under full compliance with the New Zealand laws which include:

• Fair Trading Act 1986
• Commerce Act 1986
• Sale of Goods Act 1908
• Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
• District Licencing - Sale of Liquor Act 1989

We know that it is important to feel reassured that the Company you are dealing with are reputable and honourable.  We are also very aware that when you are looking for a special gift or a different and unique present for a special person, that knowing you can trust the company 100% to arrange this for you is very re-assuring and is peace of mind.  We will always do our absolute utmost to ensure that you receive this service from us.  During our peak times, ie pre-Christmas, we will always go the extra mile to make sure that you get what you have requested, however sometimes we do need to make a judgment call that is beyond our control, (ie due to courier overload, or the weather) to ensure that your gift arrives, and we apologise here and now if this means that we have to deliver your presents before the due date.
