Can I put our Company logo as well as a message? Yes absolutely! ....You will see this facility once you complete the first page of your order form on the personalised message page...just follow the instructions.
Can I add different products to my gift box? Yes we can arrange this, either by you phoning to discuss your requirements or by emailing us. Please remember to allow sufficient time for our emails to travel though to communicate this.
What happens if the person receiving the gift isn't going to be home on the day of delivery? We normally arrange for our couriers to deliver your gift without requiring someone to be home to sign for your gift. However as most of our deliveries take place early morning, when most people are working, they will leave your gift box in a secure place. If however they cannot get into the property because of dogs, or locked gates, then they will leave a card in the mail box for the person to contact them. If it is better for your delivery to be to the person's work, then please use this address, phone number and include the Business name that it is going to.
Can I have my gift sent to a business address? Yes this is not a problem, but please do include the name of the business that the gift is going to, thank you.
Am I able to send through some other items for you to include with my gift? Yes, we are more than happy to include any other special items that you may wish to add into your gift. Just phone us, or email us with your requirements, and we will let you know where to send it to.
