Delivery Information

How will my Gift be Delivered?
We use Courier throughout New Zealand. Your gift is delivered to the door.  We have 2 options for the delivery of your gift, where we can Tick the Ticket Delivery box, for Signature Required, or leave the Ticket Unticked, for the courier to leave your gift in a safe place, if no-one is home to receive it.
If you choose to have your gift delivered with Signature Required, and it is going to a residential home, the chances of someone being there to sign for the gift during the day when it will be delivered, may or may not result in the courier company leaving a card for the person to arrange a time for them to receive their gift, or to pick it up from the nearest courier depot. If you give us the person's cellphone contact or work number, then we will include that on the gift for the courier company to contact the person directly. By choosing this option your gift may or may not arrive to the person on the date you have requested.
If the couriers are unable to access the property where your gift is being sent to, or there is nowhere secure to leave the gift, they will leave a card, for your person to contact them and arrange delivery.

    Christmas Delivery
    Our aim is to ensure that your gifts arrive in good condition and on time, however due to high courier volumes and demand prior to Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery at a set time or on a set day, which unfortunately is completely out of our control.  We know that this is an important and special time for your family and friends, and for businesses to thank your customers, clients and staff, so we will do our very best to make sure that your presents reach their destinations in plenty of time. For gifts being delivered in Christchurch up to the week of Christmas Eve, we will personally ensure that these are delivered, even if we have to provide this service ourselves rather than using the couriers.  To that end, please make sure to include their contact phone number and your phone number, including your country and area code, should we require this and what day you would like delivery, especially if they are in a business that closes for the holiday period, or they are going away on holiday.
