Apex Gift Boxes Delivery Charges
We aim to keep your delivery charges as fair as possible, and where possible we can combine gifts in an outer box to one destination, and keep pricing to a minium for you. We can do this for Christmas family gifts or corporate/businesses for bulk orders and we will notify you of the delivery costs when we confirm your order.

Christchurch FREE delivery
Canterbury $6.00 Canterbury Delivery areas (Flat rate for 1-6 boxes to same address)
South Island (2-3 days) $8.00 South Island Delivery towns (often this is overnight)
North Island (2 days) $17.00 North Island Delivery areas
There will be a part payment on all multiple gift orders to the same address. Please check with us.
Overnight Delivery (Main City Areas Only)
South Island (overnight) $10.00
North Island (overnight) $24.00
▪Orders must be received by 3pm NZ time (Monday to Friday) to ensure that these will be shipped overnight for next day delivery.
Saturday Delivery (Main Centres & Some nearby towns)
$5.00 (In addition to normal ticket charge)
Rural Delivery Monday to Friday delivery only
$5.00 (In addition to normal ticket charge)
We will advise you if we need to add a Rural Delivery charge, as some areas are marginal.
FREE delivery for all orders of 5 gift boxes or more from the same order consignment for delivery to the same delivery location in the Christchurch area only.
Ordering more than one gift box to the same delivery destination?
If you are ordering more than one gift box to the same delivery address in the same order, you will not be charged the full price on the second or subsequent boxes. However we will manually adjust your order to reflect this. Please feel free to check this with us.
Apex Gift Boxes Christmas Delivery
Our aim is to ensure that your gifts arrive in good condition and on time, however due to high courier volumes and demand prior to Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery at a set time or on a set day, which unfortunately is completely out of our control. We know that this is an important and special time for your family and friends, and for businesses to thank your customers, clients and staff, so we will do our very best to make sure that your presents reach their destinations in plenty of time. For gifts being delivered in Christchurch up to the week of Christmas Eve, we will personally ensure that these are delivered, even if we have to provide this service ourselves rather than using the couriers. To that end, please make sure to include their contact phone number and your phone number, including your country and area code, should we require this and what day you would like delivery, especially if they are in a business that closes for the holiday period, or they are going away on holiday. Delivery Times
All orders for out of Christchurch delivery and received after 3pm will be delivered the day after next.
For example:
An order received for Wellington at 6pm Monday, will be delivered Wednesday.
An order received for Wellington at 6pm Sunday, will be delivered Tuesday.
An order received for Auckland by 3pm Friday can be delivered Monday or Saturday with a Saturday delivery ticket.

How will my Gift be Delivered?
We use Courier throughout New Zealand. Your gift is delivered to the door. We have 2 options for the delivery of your gift, where we can Tick the Ticket Delivery box, for Signature Required, or leave the Ticket Unticked, for the courier to leave your gift in a safe place, if no-one is home to receive it.
If you choose to have your gift delivered with Signature Required, and it is going to a residential home, the chances of someone being there to sign for the gift during the day when it will be delivered, may or may not result in the courier company leaving a card for the person to arrange a time for them to receive their gift, or to pick it up from the nearest courier depot. If you give us the person's cellphone contact or work number, then we will include that on the gift for the courier company to contact the person directly. By choosing this option your gift may or may not arrive to the person on the date you have requested.
If the couriers are unable to access the property where your gift is being sent to, or there is nowhere secure to leave the gift, they will leave a card, for your person to contact them and arrange delivery.
Christchurch Home Delivery Service
Any gift box ordered for home delivery in Christchurch will be guaranteed to be delivered on the date requested (however at Christmas this may necessitate earlier delivery). Please make sure that your order does include a contact phone number, so that we can ensure someone will be at the address for delivery. Christchurch Hospitals, Rest Homes & Elderly Care Homes
Same Day Service
We will deliver to Christchurch Public Hospital, Christchurch Womens' Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, St George's Hospital, Burwood Hospital, Southern Cross Hospital and any other Christchurch Rest Homes & Elderly Care Homes. For outside normal business hours 8am - 6pm we will add charge a flat fee of $10 for delivery, which will cover Saturday or Sunday delivery as required by you. We know that this can make all the difference for the person receiving gift of encouragement, and for that purpose we understand your urgency of delivery.
