What can you offer our Company?
We can work with you to help design a gift that will fit your budget, fit your request for the purpose of the gift and who it is going to, and build your Corporate or Business colours and logo into the gift. We want your gift to reflect your company.
Can we include a separate personal message to each client and will this cost us more?
Yes we are more than happy to include individual messages with each gift, and no it will not cost you any more for your gift. This is part of our service.
Can we add a photo to spice up the message?
Yes you can and we love adding these, to make your gift personal for your staff or customers. Just follow the instructions when placing your message with your order.
Can we change or swop around any of the items in our gift box choice?
Yes this is not a problem. We are more than happy to make exchanges where appropriate, especially if you know the person receiving the gift prefers a particular wine, or is a diabetic or is gluten intolerant.
I need 250 boxes delivered in 2 days throughout NZ - can you arrange this?
Yes we have the facilities and staffing to carry out this request. Depending on what products you require, and how quickly we could access stock for these, we would be more than happy to work with you on this.
Help I need an apology gift sent out today, can you do this?
Yes we understand your request for saying 'sorry' to your customer and we will go the 'extra mile' to ensure we have this gift on its way for you and delivered ASAP.
Do you do Birthday gifts for Staff?
Yes, we can make a staff person feel special and valued on your team. We know that this is a great way to show them, that they are appreciated.
